- Sexto. Civil Municipal de Cúcuta se declara incompetente para conocer de la acción de tutela instaurada por la Defensora del Pueblo, regional Norte de Santander, a favor de los señores Jaime Alfonso Quijano Mora y María Clara Hernández de Vega contra la Nueva EPS.
- Segundo. REMITIR al Juzgado
